Just curious is there anyway at all to get old festival hats?

I really wanted the santa hat and the snowman head and i was really disapointed to find out that they cant be trader, but is there anyway at all to get the old festival hats, like a special day of the year?

At present there is no way to acquire previous festival hats/masks.
